Q
My abandoned cart emails have 2% click rate - what am I doing wrong?
Set up abandoned cart emails in Klaviyo about a month ago. Getting decent open rates (45%) but click rates are terrible (2%). My current email: Subject: You left something behind! Body: "Hi [name], You left items in your cart. Complete your purchase now before they sell out! [Product image] [Button: Complete Purchase] Thanks, [Store name]" What am I missing? Everyone says abandoned cart emails are "free money" but mine aren't converting at all.

Q
My product descriptions sound like a robot wrote them - how do I write copy that actually sells?
I swear I've rewritten my product descriptions 10 times and they still feel... off. Here's what I wrote for a portable blender: "This portable blender is perfect for making smoothies on the go. It features a powerful motor, USB charging, and easy-to-clean design. Capacity is 400ml. Great for gym, office, or travel." I KNOW this is boring but I don't know how to make it better. I look at successful stores and their copy feels so different but I can't figure out what they're doing. Is there a framework or something? I'm not a writer and I don't know where to start.

Do long product pages still work or is everyone just skimming now?
I'm seeing two extremes: - super short pages with clean design - huge long pages with tons of sections What actually works in 2025? I feel like people don't read anymore, but also short pages feel like they don't build trust.

Q
Subject lines for Abandoned Carts? Open rate is 5%
My Klaviyo flow is sending "You left something behind" 1 hour after they leave. Open rates are terrible (5%). \n\nIs that subject line too generic? What actually gets people to open emails these days?

Is urgency still effective or are people immune to it?
Countdown timers, “limited stock”, “ending soon”… Do these still work or do people just ignore them now? I don't want my store to feel scammy but I also don't want zero urgency.

Bounce rate 80%. Is my headline the problem?
I am driving traffic to a product page. My hero section just has the product name "Galaxy Projector" in big bold letters. \n\nShould I be putting a value proposition there instead? I feel like people land, see the name, and leave because they dont get why they need it immediately.

Q
What is a good hook for a beauty product? Mine are failing.
My video creative is decent quality but the drop-off rate at 3 seconds is huge. \n\nThe text overlay on the first frame says "Best Face Cream 2025". \n\nIs that too boring? What kind of text hooks are working for you guys right now?

Q
ChatGPT product descriptions sound so fake... help?
I am trying to save money on copywriters so I used GPT-4. \n\nI asked it to describe my portable humidifier and it wrote: "Elevate your atmosphere with the pinnacle of hydration technology." \n\nNobody talks like that! It sounds like a scammy infomercial. Does anyone have good prompts to make it sound like a normal human wrote it?

Q
Do you test price increases or decreases first?
I am getting add-to-carts but low purchase rate. Should I try lowering the price first or increasing it to look more premium?

Q
Is it bad if my product page looks too simple?
I made a very clean and simple product page. Now I am worried it might be too empty and make people feel something is missing. Do simple pages convert or do they look untrustworthy?

Q
My product page feels "flat"… how do you write copy that actually converts?
I can build a clean Shopify page but the copy always feels boring. I see competitor pages and they somehow make the same product feel premium and like "I need this". Is there a simple structure you follow? I'm not trying to write a novel but I need it to convert.

Q
Is it normal to get add-to-carts but no checkouts?
I am getting add-to-carts but almost nobody reaches checkout. What usually causes this problem? Price, shipping, trust, or something else?

Q
Does having a long landing page help or hurt conversions?
I see huge landing pages with many sections and also very short ones with only a few blocks. Which one usually converts better for cold traffic?

Struggling to write product descriptions… any tips?
My product descriptions always sound boring or too generic. I do not want to sound like Amazon text but I also do not know how to write copy that actually sells. Any tips?
