Fixpeek Refund Policy

At Fixpeek, our goal is to help you understand exactly why your store isn't converting and show you the steps to fix it. Because every audit involves manual analysis and personalized recommendations, we offer refunds only in the situations described below.

When you're eligible for a refund

You may request a full refund if:

  • We fail to deliver your audit report within 72 hours of confirming payment, and you haven't been notified of any delay.
  • You haven't yet received your audit report (work hasn't started) and you request cancellation within 24 hours of purchase.
  • A technical issue or duplicate payment occurred (for example, you were charged twice).

When refunds don't apply

Refunds are not available if:

  • The audit report has already been delivered or work has started.
  • You changed your mind after receiving the report.
  • You provided incorrect or incomplete website information that prevents us from completing the audit.
  • You purchased the service for testing or comparison purposes.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, email support@fixpeek.com with:

  • • Your full name
  • • The email used for payment
  • • Your website URL
  • • Reason for requesting a refund

We'll review your request within 2–3 business days and process eligible refunds back to your original payment method.
