What is a good hook for a beauty product? Mine are failing.

My video creative is decent quality but the drop-off rate at 3 seconds is huge. \n\nThe text overlay on the first frame says "Best Face Cream 2025". \n\nIs that too boring? What kind of text hooks are working for you guys right now?

Yeah "Best Face Cream" is invisible. Nobody believes it. You need to call out the problem or use a "pattern interrupt". \n\nTry: "Stop destroying your skin barrier" or "Why your moisturizer isnt working". Controversy gets clicks.

Ooh I like "Stop destroying your skin". Sounds dramatic but I guess that is what works on TikTok. Gonna edit it now.
