Why do people bounce when product is actually good?

My product is genuinely useful but people still bounce quickly from the page. Why do people leave even when the product itself is not trash?

I will rewrite the top of my page to talk more about the customer's problem.

Good product + bad presentation = no sales. Visitors do not know the product like you do.

Because they do not feel it is for them in the first seconds. Your page is about them, not the product.
