Question

My CPM is $45... did I mess up the setup?

Posted by •10/8/2025
Launched my first campaign yesterday. Selling a posture corrector (I know, classic). Budget $50/day. \n\nFacebook spent $42 in like 6 hours and I got ZERO sales. My CPM is hovering around $45. I targeted "Health & Wellness" broad interest. Is this normal for Q4 2025 or is my ad account flagged?

Turn off the campaign immediately. $45 CPM is way too high for broad targeting. Check your creative—if your video looks like a generic AliExpress rip, FB penalizes you. Try a UGC style video shot on an iPhone.

Okay turned it off. I was using a supplier video I found on TikTok. Guess I need to order the product and film it myself? Thanks for the heads up.

Posture correctors? Man, that product was dead in 2020. That is why your CPM is high—Facebook knows nobody clicks on that stuff anymore. You are competing against huge brands with massive budgets.
