Is 5–10 sales per day enough to consider scaling?

Some days I hit 5 sales, some days 9 or 10. Is this the moment to start scaling or should I wait for more consistency?

Got it. I will try small steps instead of doubling everything.

If margin is thin, scaling can kill you. Make sure you still profit even if CPM jumps a bit.

5–10 sales a day is already better than what most people get. Start with small 20–30% budget increases and watch if profit holds.
