How long do you let an ad set run before killing it?

I see totally different advice:
- kill after €20
- wait 3 days
- wait for learning phase
What's your real rule?
I feel like I kill things too early but also don't want to burn money.

I used to wait too long hoping Meta would “optimize”.
Now I watch first 24h behavior closely.
If users don't even try to buy, it's usually dead.

I don't kill by time. I kill by SIGNALS.
Kill fast if:
- CTR is trash
- no ATCs after meaningful spend
Let it run if:
- people click
- people scroll page
- ATCs appear
Data > calendar.
