Question

How do you validate a product when everyone says “it’s saturated”?

Posted by •10/11/2025
Every product I find, someone says it's saturated.

Even stuff with obvious demand.

How do YOU personally decide if something is still worth testing or if it's truly dead?

I don't want to skip good opportunities just because of noise.

I stopped caring about saturation and started caring about buyer intent.

If people are ACTIVELY buying, I want in.

Harder products are usually better than “easy” ones.

Saturation only matters if:
1) everyone targets the SAME audience
2) everyone uses the SAME angle
3) everyone has the SAME offer

If one of those can be different, it's still playable.

Most people confuse “competitive” with “impossible”.
