Anyone else stuck in "setup mode" for weeks?

I keep redesigning my store, changing themes, changing logos, rewriting product descriptions… and then I look up and it's been 2 weeks.
I know action matters but my brain keeps saying "one more improvement before ads".
How do you guys force yourself to launch and stop tweaking?

Pick ONE metric to obsess over instead: conversion rate.
If you don't have traffic, your brain will create fake work.
Launch small, test, iterate. That's the job.

Me. I changed my theme 4 times and made 0 sales.
Then I ran ads to an ugly page and got 3 sales.
Data > aesthetics. I hated hearing that but it's true.

Yeah. It's procrastination wearing a suit.
Set a rule: ads go live on X date no matter what.
Then only fix:
- page speed
- checkout trust (shipping/returns)
- basic offer clarity
Everything else can be improved AFTER you have data.
