Anyone actually getting sales from TikTok organic? Or is it just views?

I've posted 12 TikToks. 2 of them hit 10k+ views.
Result: a few site visits, zero sales.
I'm confused because everyone says "organic is free sales". Is the play just to farm views and then retarget? Or do people actually buy from organic TikTok?

Views are cheap. Intent is expensive.
TikTok people are bored scrolling. Google people are looking to buy.
Use TikTok for awareness, retarget for sales. Otherwise you're depending on impulse.

I got my first 20 sales from TikTok organic but it took like 60+ posts.
Not kidding. The "free traffic" costs time.
If you want faster, use the organic clips as ads (Spark Ads) once you see which ones people actually watch.

Organic can sell, but it's not "post 10 videos and retire".
Think of organic as: trust + repetition.
If your videos are entertaining but don't connect the problem to the product in the first 3 seconds, you get views and no buyers.
Best format I've seen:
1) Show the annoying problem (instant)
2) Show the fix (product used)
3) One simple proof (before/after, demo)
4) Soft CTA (link in bio / pinned comment)
Also: your page has to match the vibe. If the TikTok feels human and your site looks like AliExpress, people bounce.
